§ 76.08  PARKING CONTINUOUSLY MORE THAN 24 HOURS.
   (A)   No person shall park his or her motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer or permit his or her motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer to be parked continuously in the same place for more than 24 hours on any highway, street, or alley in the city.
   (B)   Any motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer parked in violation of this section shall be towed off the highway, street, or alley and stored by the city.  The owner of the motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer must pay all towing charges and storage charges at the rate of $1.50 per day or fraction thereof that the motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer is stored before the motor vehicle is returned to his or her possession.
   (C)   Any motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer left in possession of the city for more than 30 days shall be disposed of in the manner established by R.C. § 4513.62 for the disposition of vehicles ordered into storage.
