§ 75.35  DISPLAY OF REGISTRATION NUMBER ON SNOWMOBILES.
   Upon receipt of a certificate of registration for a snowmobile, the owner shall paint upon each side of the forward cowling of the snowmobile the identifying registration number, in block characters of not less than two inches in height and of such color as to be distinctly visible and legible.
