§ 31.22  STREET COMMISSIONER.
   (A)   A Street Commissioner shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council.
   (B)   The Street Commissioner shall perform such duties as are normally performed by one acting in such a capacity.  He or she shall be in charge of the entire Service Department including any Service Superintendent. 
   (C)   The compensation for the Street Commissioner shall be an amount established by ordinance of the Village Council.
