§ 75.07  USE OF CERTAIN PLAY VEHICLES AND TOYS ON PAVED OR TRAVELED PORTIONS OF STREETS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride, use, or in any way employ any play vehicle, remote- controlled toy, or motorized or nonmotorized toy upon the paved or traveled portions of any street or highway.
   (B)   As used in this section, PLAY VEHICLE means coasters, scooters, skateboards, rollerskates, rollerblades, in-line skates, sleds, toboggans, unicycles, other nonmotorized toy vehicles upon which a person may ride, or any similar device, but does not include bicycles.
   (C)   Any person having the care, custody or control of any minor under the age of 18 years who knowingly permits the minor to violate the provisions of division (A) above, also violates this division (C).
   (D)   Whoever violates division (A) of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.  If the person has a previous conviction of division (A) of this section then that person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
