(A) The village shall employ a Community Development Director pursuant to the Federal Government Community Development Block Grant Program. The expense for this employee shall be paid by the federal government.
(B) At such time as the position becomes an expense to the village, the Council shall determine the advisability of retaining or abolishing it.
(C) The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to do all things necessary to establish such a position and the Mayor is authorized to hire the person to fill it.
