§ 31.06  LIGHT-DUTY EMPLOYMENT.
   Light-duty employment may be utilized by the village when deemed necessary and authorized by the Mayor.  An example of necessary light duty is where an injury or illness that may otherwise incapacitate an employee from fully doing his or her regular job but would not prohibit him or her from aiding in some other employment capacity.
