(A) The salaries paid to, bonds required of, and positions of employment established for all employees and officers of the village shall be as established by ordinance. All such ordinances in effect as of the date of adoption of this code of ordinances are deemed saved and incorporated herein by reference unless and until so amended or repealed.
(B) The salaries of elected officials shall be as established by Council.
