§ 72.69  RACING ENGINE.
   No person shall race or accelerate any motor vehicle or motorcycle, while the motor vehicle is not in gear or in motion, so as to cause unreasonably loud noises.  It shall be unlawful to excessively race or accelerate the motor of any vehicle, while moving, so as to cause unreasonably loud noise.
