§ 70.13  USE OF SKATEBOARDS LIMITED.
   (A)   Skateboards shall not be ridden on Vine Street or Township Avenue.
   (B)   Any adult violating this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.  Any minor violating this section shall be cited to Juvenile Court.
