After the hearing Council may, by resolution, adopt or reject the plat or may modify it with the approval of the Municipal Planning Commission, or, in the event of disapproval by the Commission, may, by a favorable vote of not less than two-thirds of Council's entire membership, modify the plat and adopt the modified plat.
