§ 152.01  APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.
   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to platted street widening or street extensions as well as to new streets.  The term STREET or STREETS shall include streets, avenues, boulevards, lanes, alleys, parkways, roads, and other public ways.
