(A) Multi-family dwellings are any structures with three or more apartments or sleeping rooms.
(B) Retail, industrial or commercial structures are any locations used as a business for the purpose of profit or for storage of materials.
(C) The real property owner is responsible for the purchase of the security key box.
(D) Specifications for the security key box shall be promulgated by the Fire Department and may be obtained from the Fire Department and cannot be varied from make.
(E) Whoever fails to comply with this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
