§ 150.38  PERMITS REQUIRED.
   In all cases of construction, repair, or demolition under this subchapter, all proper permits covering the work, regardless of cost, shall be obtained as required by law.  Permit fees shall be based on costs established by the Hamilton County Building Department, but shall in no case be less than $15.
