§ 150.01  HAMILTON COUNTY BUILDING CODE ADOPTED; AMENDMENTS.
   (A)   Adoption. The Hamilton County Building Code and all amendments and additions made thereto now or hereafter are adopted by reference as if fully set out herein.  A copy of the code is on file in the office of the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County.
   (B)   Amendments.
      (1)   Section S-2(c)(2) of the Hamilton County, Ohio, Building Code shall read as follows:
         ORDINARY REPAIR: Ordinary repair, where the value of the work, including labor and materials, does not exceed $500.00, and is not done by a contractor, subcontractor or hired labor may be made after obtaining a no cost permit from the Building Department, provided such work does not constitute major changes in the building or interfere with the vital features of the building.
