(a) Pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 149.39, there is hereby created a revised Elmore Municipal Records Commission and any existing language in any other ordinance that may be in conflict with this section is hereby repealed.
(b) The revised Records Commission shall consist of:
(1) The Village Fiscal Officer, who shall serve as the Chairperson of the Commission.
(2) The Village Superintendent.
(3) A member of the Council appointed by the Mayor for the term of the legislator.
(4) The Tax Commissioner.
(5) The Village Solicitor.
(6) The Village Police Chief.
(7) A citizen of the Village to be appointed for a two (2) year term by the Mayor.
(c) All record retention record schedules shall be amended or include the following: Federal Assistance Applications, Paperwork and Agreements - 30 Years.
(d) The Records Commission shall hold meetings annually on the first Monday in October, and/or such additional meetings at such time and place as designated by the Chairperson of the Commission. (Ord. 3-13. Passed 3-11-13.)
