The Commission shall have the power and duties to check sidewalks for needs of repair, replacement or maintenance. The Commission shall be responsible for having the Village sidewalks checked at least once every two year period. It shall be the Commission's responsibility to notify property owners of needed repairs, maintenance, or construction of sidewalks in areas where sidewalks are deemed necessary.
