901.01 SIDEWALK COMMISSION.

The Sidewalk Commission is hereby established. The Commission shall consist of the Village Superintendent, two Council members and one resident to be appointed by the Mayor from either the Planning Commission or any other designated Village resident. The two Council members, where possible, are to be the Property Chairperson and the Street Chairperson.
