741.02 NOTICE.

(a) Either the Mayor or the Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized and directed to provide the written notice required by Ohio R.C. 1332.32(C)(2) upon receipt of notice by a video service provider that it will commence to provide access to video service in the Village.

(b) Either the Mayor or the Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized and directed to promptly notify affected video service providers of this chapter.
