If the character and business responsibility of the applicant are found to be satisfactory, the Police Department shall issue a license upon the payment of a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00), which shall entitle the applicant to engage in business within the Village for a period of thirty consecutive days; thirty dollars ($30.00) for a period of ninety consecutive days; or an annual license upon the payment of fifty dollars ($50.00) the monthly license may be renewed for another thirty consecutive day. Upon the payment of a renewal fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
