(a) "Smoking" or "to smoke" means the act of smoking or carrying a lighted or smoldering cigar, cigarette or pipe of any kind, or lighting a cigar, cigarette or pipe of any kind.
(b) No person shall smoke in any building or motor vehicle owned, rented or leased by the Village.
(c) Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
