521.11 PLACING GRASS/LEAVES IN STREET.

(a) No owner or occupant of lands abutting any public street, road or highway shall cause or permit the placement or accumulation of grass clippings or leaves upon or within any such public street, road, or highway, so as to collect in the area within or about storm sewers.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
