121.09 ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS.

(a) Absence. Council Members shall make every effort to notify the Mayor or Fiscal Officer of their absence prior to a Council meeting.

(b) Excused During Meeting. No Council Member shall be excused while Council is in session except by permission of the Chair. (Ord. 013-95. Passed 5-8-95.)
