(a) The Mayor or Council or the Safety Committee of the Village is hereby authorized to designate the hours of curfew, age limit and time period of the curfew for the Village. The curfew may be modified, cancelled or changed only by authorization of the office or body which established the curfew and its terms. The Council by ordinance hereby establishes the hours of curfew from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. for those persons under the age of eighteen years.

(b) The penalty shall be no less than fifteen dollars ($15.00) and no more than thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for violation of this section.
