(a) Handicapped Parking. Whoever violates Section 351.04(e) to (g) shall be fined a minimum of fifty dollars ($50.00), but not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(b) Late Payment Penalty. A charge or penalty is hereby imposed upon late payment of parking violations. The charge hereby established shall be the sum of five dollars ($5.00) additional charge for any parking violation or citation which remains unpaid for a period in excess of twenty-four hours after the time of the violation as reflected in the citation. All parking violators shall pay, in addition to the fine previously established for parking violations, the charge hereby adopted at the same time as paying the regular parking fines.
(c) Waiver(s). Any person charged with a violation of any provision of this chapter for which payment of a fine may be made to the Village shall have the option of paying such fine within the time specified in the traffic ticket at such place as specified. Failure to make such payment within thirty days of the date of the citation shall cause such person to be cited and summoned into Municipal Court.
(d) Minor Misdemeanor. The level of offense for any violation of Chapter 351
shall be a minor misdemeanor unless otherwise specified.
