351.15 PARKED VEHICLES WITH RUNNING ENGINES.

No owner or operator of any motor vehicle shall permit same to be parked within the limits of the Village at any time, with its internal combustion engine running, for a period in excess of twenty minutes, whether the motor vehicle be attended or unattended.
