339.011 WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS UPON TOLEDO AND FREMONT STREET.

(a) No thru trucks and other vehicles, or combination of vehicles, having a gross weight exceeding six tons, excluding school busses, shall be operated upon Toledo Street between Fremont and Clinton, nor on Fremont Street between Rice and Maple Street.

(b) Any person who violates subsection (a) shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
