905.05 INTERFERENCE WITH THE VILLAGE TREE MAINTENANCE.

No person shall prevent, delay, or interfere with a village employee, or any of its agent,

while engaging in and about the planting cultivation, mulching, inspecting, pruning, spraying, or removing of any Street Trees, or trees on private grounds, as authorized in this chapter.
