All words used in this Zoning Ordinance shall, unless otherwise defined in this chapter, be given the precise meaning or significance as that which is normally attributed to such word or as the same is defined in the Ohio Revised Code or if not defined in this Zoning Ordinance or the Ohio Revised Code, the current Webster's Dictionary. The words shall be liberally construed to achieve the salutary effect or objectives of this Zoning Ordinance.
