181.21 ALLOCATION OF FUNDS.

Publisher's Note: This Section has been AMENDED by new legislation (Ord. 13-21 , adopted 4-12-2021). The text of the amendment will be incorporated below when the ordinance is codified.

Fifty percent (50%) of all monies from tax imposed by this chapter shall be allocated to the General Fund of the Village. Forty percent (40%) shall be allocated to the Capital Improvement Fund of the Village. Ten percent (10%) shall be allocated to the Sewer Treatment Plant Fund of the Village.
