1117.03 PARK SIZE, UNITS, AND DENSITY.
   (a)   The minimum park size shall be not less than ten (10) acres.
   (b)   Provide space for a minimum of fifty (50) units with a variety of lot sizes; and
   (c)   At a maximum density of eight (8) units per acre.
