1331.07 ENLARGEMENT OF AUTHORIZED POWERS.

This chapter shall be deemed to be an enlargement not a limitation or restriction on the power or authority of the Village or any officer thereof to take any action or bring any suit or proceeding in respect to public nuisances otherwise provided for by law or ordnance of the Village.
