1331.04 MANNER OF SERVICE OF NOTICES.

The notices to the owners of such properties required by Sections 1331.02 and 1331.03 may be served on the owners personally or by certified mail directed to their addresses as shown on the property records of Ottawa County. (Ord. 014-95. Passed 7-24-95.)
