§ 34.25 ENTRY UPON PROPERTY.
   It is lawful for any firefighter acting under the direction of the Chief or another officer in command to enter upon property that is on fire or involved in any incident deemed an emergency or hazard to the public’s safety, or on property adjacent to or in the vicinity of any building or other property and no person shall hinder, resist, or obstruct any firefighter in the discharge of his or her duty as provided in this subchapter.
