(A) The City of El Mirage will endeavor to ensure in every way possible that disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned businesses shall have every opportunity to participate in providing professional services, goods, and construction contracts to the city without being discriminated against on the basis of age, race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.
(B) The City of El Mirage is responsible for ensuring compliance with § 3, part 135, of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, involving all contracts and subcontracts.
