The City of El Mirage prohibits discrimination on the basis of age, race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin in its admission or access to, or treatment or employment in its federally assisted program and activities. Any contractor, subcontractor, and/or vendor receiving benefit from the City of El Mirage is subject to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, § 504 of Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and Title IX of the Education Amendment of 1972, and offers all persons the opportunity to participate in programs or activities regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.
