§ 30.29 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the City Manager to enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   The City Manager shall prepare such reports as may be necessary for the Council to act in keeping with the provisions of this subchapter, and the City Clerk shall maintain the records to demonstrate that the provisions of this subchapter have been met.
   (C)   The records of payments for goods or services shall include written documentation that the provisions of this subchapter have been met.
