§ 34.03 DEPARTMENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Police Department shall be operated and managed in accordance with such Departmental rules and regulations as may from time to time be reviewed by the City Attorney, approved by the City Council, and implemented by the Chief of Police; provided, however, that the Chief of Police may designate rules, procedures, and regulations for employees pursuant to commonly accepted law enforcement standards.
