§ 34.02 COMPENSATION OF OFFICERS.
   The Chief of Police shall be compensated as determined by the City Manager. All other uniformed, commissioned police officers and non-sworn employees shall be compensated as approved in a renewable memorandum of understanding (MOU) between and with the police union members and the Council. The Chief of Police shall not receive any perquisites, commissions, or compensation for his or her services as Chief of Police, except as the City Manager may prescribe.
