§ 33.55 EXEMPTIONS FROM REQUIREMENTS.

   With the prior written approval of the Court, a person participating in the program may be permitted to:

   (A)   Be employed outside the home;

   (B)   Complete community work service for the Court;

   (C)   Attend classes at accredited educations institutions;

   (D)   Attend funerals and religious services; and/or

   (E)   Attend medical appointments.
