§ 33.37 WRITS AND PROCESSES; RECORDS.
   (A)   The Presiding Judge, and any assistant or pro-tem judge, shall be entitled and authorized to issue and cause to be served any and all writs and processes, and he or she shall have full authority to hear and determine all matters properly coming before the Court. The writs and processes to be used shall be similar to those used by justices of the peace in cases of a similar nature, and proper record shall be kept of the issuance of writs and processes and returns and of any kind and all other actions taken relative thereto, and the actions of the Court thereon. The police of the city are hereby authorized and directed to execute and serve any and all writs and processes issued out of the City Court by the Judge, and proper return shall be made by the officer to the same extent as is required of constables and sheriffs in the service and execution of similar papers.
   (B)   The City Court shall have a seal with the words “Seal of the City Court of El Mirage, Maricopa County, Arizona”. The seal shall be kept by the City Court Clerk and shall be used to authenticate official documents of the City Court, including and without limitation, the City Court Clerk’s certification of true and conformed copies of City Court records.
   (C)   The City Court Clerk shall charge the certification fee as provided for by the Arizona Supreme Court for execution of the City Court seal.
