The annual salary of the Presiding Judge and for any associate judicial position shall be set by the City Council at a percentage of the annual salary payable to a judge of the Superior Court and, in addition thereto, the Presiding Judge shall be entitled to employee benefits as provided for by the City of El Mirage. Such compensation shall be adjusted bi-annually on the anniversary date of the Judge’s initial appointment.
