Subdivision Processes
   Before any property is divided into four or more parcels, whether for sale of property or to build on the property, a subdivision plat must be approved by the City Council and recorded in the County Recorder’s office. The owner of the property to be subdivided must give his or her consent in writing before the City Council can approve the final plat.
