(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) A judge shall not suspend any part of all of the imposition of any jail time, community service, or fine required by this chapter.

(C) Violation of § 131.03 by an adult is a Class 1 misdemeanor, punishable by a term of not less than 48 hours in jail and not less than 80 hours of community service. Violation of this section by a juvenile is a Class 1 misdemeanor, punishable as provided for in A.R.S. Title 28.

(D) Violation of § 131.04 is a Class 1 misdemeanor, punishable by a term of not less than 48 hours in jail and not less than 80 hours of community service.
