Each applicant for a liquor license (owner, partner, or investor regardless of percentage) shall submit a full set of fingerprints to the City of El Mirage Police Department for the purpose of obtaining a state and national criminal records check. These checks shall be done in accordance with A.R.S. § 41-1750 and Pub. Law No. 92-544. The Arizona Department of Public Safety is authorized to exchange this fingerprint data with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
