The certain code entitled “International Fire Code”, 2006 edition, published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the Fire Code of the City of El Mirage. The fire code and its adopted addendums are made a part of this chapter the same as though the code was specifically set forth in full herein. From time to time, as deemed necessary, new editions of the fire code may be adopted by the City Council. At least three copies of the fire code shall be filed in the office of the Clerk and kept available for public use and inspection in accordance with A.R.S. § 9-802.
