§ 94.06 LEAF BLOWERS.

   Any contractor, employee, or landowner operating a leaf blower within the city limits is prohibited under the following conditions:

   (A)   The use on high pollution advisory days other than in vacuum mode.

   (B)   The blowing of debris onto public/public access roadways is prohibited at all times.

   (C)   Use on any non-stabilized surface.
