The purpose of this chapter is to comply with the Arizona House Bill 1552 which stipulates that each jurisdiction provides in the city code measures to control dust pollution which may be enforceable by the jurisdiction. The intent is to limit particulate matter emissions into the ambient air from any property, operation, or activity that may serve as a fugitive dust source.
