The certain code entitled Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, 2003 edition, published by the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, is hereby adopted as the Motor Carrier Safety Regulation Code of the City of El Mirage. At least three copies of the motor carrier safety regulation code shall be filed in the office of the Clerk and kept available for public use and inspection in accordance with A.R.S. § 9-802.
