§ 74.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ABANDONED. Abandoned, worn out, inoperable, unused, stripped, unclaimed, junked, or discarded. It shall also mean an automobile being repaired when such repairs take over 30 days.
   DISMANTLED and PARTIALLY DISMANTLED MOTOR VEHICLE. A motor vehicle from which some part, ordinarily a component of the motor vehicle, has been removed or is missing.
   DWELLING. Any house, building, structure, tent, shelter, trailer, or vehicle or portion thereof which is occupied in full or in part as the home, residence, living, or sleeping place, or which is intended to be occupied by one or more human beings, either permanently or transiently.
   INOPERABLE MOTOR VEHICLE. A motor vehicle which by reason of dismantling, disrepair, or other causes is incapable of being propelled under its own power.
   MOTOR VEHICLE. Any wheeled vehicle which is self-propelled.
   STORE or STORAGE. The presence or locating of any dismantled, partially dismantled, inoperable, or abandoned motor vehicle.
