No person shall drive, ride, stop, stand, or park any vehicle within a city park or other publicly-owned property except upon established park roads and drives specifically designated as such or in established parking areas. This section specifically prohibits the stopping, standing, or parking of any vehicles on the grassy areas of the parks.
